History
Kiowa Engineering Corporation is a civil engineering consulting and design firm that began operations in 1987. Since its inception, Kiowa has specialized in providing civil engineering services for both public and private clients throughout the state of Colorado. The firm is privately owned and operated with offices in Lakewood and Colorado Springs.
Staff
The staff includes professional engineers and technicians with decades of experience in civil engineering design and working with the jurisdictions along the front range to facilitate getting projects permitted and constructed. Kiowa has always prided itself in being able to assign senior level staff to all projects. This approach means our clients will be served by a staff who possess considerable engineering background with a high level of competence in civil engineering design through the completion of hundreds of projects.
Recognition
We have been recognized over the years for our designs and work through organizations such as the Colorado Chapter of the American Public Works Association and the Colorado Association of State Floodplain Managers. The firm's staff members have been active in the community by serving on boards and participating in projects and programs sponsored by Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC), Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, Community Center for Childhood Development (Head Start), National Society of Professional Engineers MathCounts, Rotary International and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
